Order queries.

Where is my order? 

I will always try to send out your parcel within 7-10 days of it being placed, the time it then takes to arrive will be dependant on your delivery address location, please note: 

UK – 1-2 days
Europe – 2-4 days
ROW – 3-6 days 

As an artist working on my own I’ll do my very best to get orders out as quickly as possible – if you need your order for a specific date, please email me and I’ll work with you to make this happen.

Can I cancel/amend my order? 

If I haven’t sent out your order I will do my best to cancel/amend it for you. Please email me to discuss. 

What can I do if I’ve put in the wrong delivery address? 

If I haven’t sent out your order, I will be able to amend the address for you. Please email me to discuss.

What should I do if I’ve received the wrong item? 

It’s very unlikely that you’ll receive the wrong item, but if you do, please email me and I’ll work with you to resolve. 

What should I do if an item is missing from my order? 

It’s very unlikely that an item will be missing from your order, but if it is, please email me and I’ll work with you to resolve. 

Delivery.

What delivery options do you offer?

At the moment I only offer a standard delivery service whereby I aim to send out parcels within 7-10 days of them being placed. Once shipped, note the following delivery times:

UK – 1-2 days
Europe – 2-4 days
ROW – 3-6 days 

What courier will delivery my parcel? 

In the main, I use Royal Mail, but for certain items and delivery locations other couriers will be used – it depends on many factors which is often decided upon at the point of despatch. 

Can I track my order? 

If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery time, please email me and I’ll do my best to locate the order for you.

What happens if nobody is in when my order is delivered? 

Your delivery will not require a signature unless it it a large item of high value. As such, if you do not have a safe place for parcel to be left you need to follow the couriers redelivery process. 

Will I need to pay custom and taxes charges? 

For orders outside of the EU, customs charges are outside of my control and are charged at the sole discretion of your local customs office. Due to this, I am unable to cover or refund any charges you may incur.

I am unable to predict if or when you may be charged but for more information you can always contact your local customs office.

Should you order and choose not to pay any outstanding customs or import duties on your parcel, it will be returned to me for a refund.

Payment.

What payment methods do you accept? 

My shop is linked to PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can use their service to pay with any major credit or debit card.
